A Ladies-Only Journey Through Salalah

This curated trip brings together several sides of Salalah in one seven-day experience. The itinerary combines outdoor adventures with wellness sessions, local food, relaxation and time for personal connection. Guests can also choose between a Private Standard Room and a Private Ocean View Room for their stay.

Explore Wadi Darbat

Wadi Darbat is one of the featured stops on the journey. The experience includes a boat ride, a nature picnic and tea beneath the trees. It offers guests a chance to enjoy Salalah's natural surroundings at a slower pace.

Mountain Views at Jabal Samhan

The journey then heads towards Jabal Samhan for a different kind of experience. Guests will take part in mountain meditation before enjoying Arabic tea and visiting the Tawi Atair Sinkhole. The combination brings together scenery, quiet moments and a taste of local culture.

Mughsail and Salalah's West Coast

One of the biggest changes of scenery comes with an overnight trip into the Empty Quarter. The journey includes visits to Wadi Dawkah and Ubar, followed by a desert sunset. Guests will then enjoy a traditional Omani dinner before spending the night at a desert camp. The following morning begins with desert sunrise meditation, loving-kindness practice and gentle movement.

Wellness Is Part of the Journey

The organisers have built wellness into the itinerary rather than treating it as an add-on. Depending on the curated programme, activities may include Tai Chi, yoga, dance, music, meditation, candlelight sessions, nature activities and adventure experiences.

Each participant will also receive three private one-to-one sessions during the journey.

What About the Oman Visa?

Visa requirements depend on each participant's passport, residency and individual immigration status. After registration, participants may need to provide their passport bio page and Bahrain ID or residency details. Additional documents may be requested when a visa application is required. Visa fees and optional visa assistance are not included in the package price.
