SalamAir announces plan to hire more Omanis

Oman's first budget airline SalamAir has set a long-term strategy to attract Omani talent to the aviation industry, aiming to build an Omani leadership team who will propel its operations, business growth and customer experience.

The plan was initiated with the airline welcoming Captain Salim Al Khatri, an aviation veteran who will lead SalamAir's Crew Training.
 

Tasked with establishing an inhouse training program and increasing efficiency, Al Khatri will play an important role in recruiting and retaining Omani pilots who will join the ranks of the airline's growing team.
