Sultanate’s Embassy in Turkey urges Omanis to exercise alert

Istanbul: After a 5.7 size earthquake struck Turkey on Thursday, the Sultanate's Embassy in Turkey has encouraged Omanis natives in Istanbul to exercise alert and remain in open territories. 

The Sultanate's Embassy in Ankara said in an announcement: "We ask all natives living in Istanbul to take alert and remain in open zones after Turkish specialists pronounced a highly sensitive situation on Thursday and Friday in the city as the consequence of a 5.7 greatness seismic tremor at 1.50 pm that was felt by the inhabitants of Istanbul."
