Two killed, 15 injured in Dhofar fishing boat explosion

 Two people were killed and 15 others injured after a gas explosion on a fishing boat in Dhofar, Oman's Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance reported on Saturday.
 

"The Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance in Dhofar Governorate, in cooperation with police and health institutions, dealt with a gas explosion in one of the fishing boats at the port of Mirbat, which resulted in the death of two people and the injury of 15 people, who are of Asian nationality," PACDA said in a statement online.

Royal Oman Police also sent out a statement confirming the same.
