Oman Post unveils stamps to honour football players

In celebration of the team’s recent win of 23rd Gulf Cup, Abdul Malik al-Balushi, CEO of Oman Post said: “We joined public and private sector in celebrating Oman’s achievements, and to take part in celebrating and documenting national events” he said.

One of the stamps featured Oman’s goalkeeper Fayiz al-Rusheidi, who emerged last January as hero when Oman defeated the United Arab Emirates 5-4 in penalties in Gulf Cup final in Kuwait.
