Omani authorities issue traffic warning amid rainfall alert

Oman Police authorities have issued a warning to people asking them to be cautious and not to risk crossing wadis that are at risk of overflow due to rainfall. The Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance said in an online statement: “Kindly note that the Al Buraimi province is experiencing rainfall ranging between medium and heavy and has led to the overflow of certain wadis." “We call on everyone to be careful and not to risk crossing to maintain your safety,” the statement continued.
