4. Shawarma

Almost all the Middle Eastern countries have these popular Shawarmas in their streets. Meat marinated with spices, wrapped in pita bread is how these tasty sandwiches comes to life.  Street stalls of Oman have shawarmas are made freshly and they are eaten warm and they are mostly consumed with garlic paste or fries.

5. Mushaltat

This well renowned delicacy in Oman is a soft flat bread stuffed with meat, spinach, honey or cheese. Refined wheat flour which is kneaded into thin cakes is how the bread is made which is   later stuffed with the main constituents and for 5 minutes it undergoes baking.
