She only found a measly PHP 20 inside her wallet after. Almost PHP 300,000 of her cash that was paid by lenders went missing. In addition, almost PHP 100,000 of her savings for their family vacation in Hong Kong went missing as well.

Amante learned that her nephew stole the cash that amounted to almost PHP 400,000 when she opened her Facebook account and saw pictures of him holding several paper bills. They also found out that he planned the whole thing days before he ran away.

She specified that she regrets the reality she took Ruperto in since he used to be a drug user and a suspect for the murdering of a make-up artist.
