Brother Of Las Vegas Shooter Arrested For Shocking Reason

One of the brothers of Stephen Paddock, the now notorious Las Vegas shooter, has been arrested for possession of child photos/videos.

Bruce Paddock has been arrested at an assisted living home in North Hollywood, California. Police have confirmed that child pornography was found on his personal computer.

The arrest comes after a month’s long investigation by authorities that actually began well before the eldest Paddock brother opened fire on a crowd of concertgoers earlier this month. The FBI was tipped off that BrucePaddock was in possession of illegal photos/videos of children and obtained a search warrant for his computer, however, were unable to locate him to execute the search.

After Stephen committed the worst mass shooting in American history, the Paddock name became famous enough that another anonymous tip came in revealing Bruce’s location. Both FBI and LAPD officers arrived at his residence to make the arrest.

Bruce Paddock is the third son of Benjamin Hoskins Paddock, a notorious bank robber who eluded the FBI for over a decade. He was arrested in 1960, just after the birth of youngest brother Eric, who has said in interviews that the Paddock brothers “didn’t grow up under his influence” as a result.

Meanwhile, new details have emerged as to the exact timeline of events during the Las Vegas shooting. The New York Times analyzed 30 videos of the event filmed by concert goers, Las Vegas police, and bystanders, and has created a timeline which differs from the one provided by authorities.

Stephen Paddock opened fire at 10:05 p.m. on the night of Oct. 1, 2017. Las Vegas Police initially reported that Mandalay Bay security guard Jesus Campos was short before the initial burst of fire into the crowd of concertgoers, however, digital investigators with the Times now state Campos was shot at 10:06 – one minute after the shooting started.

Investigators also determined that Paddock was shooting into the 32nd-floor hallway at around 10:10 p.m.—five minutes before the last burst of fire hit the crowd—in a desperate attempt to keep authorities from breaching his hotel room.

By the time Paddock was found dead, he fired over 900 rounds into the crowd, killing 58 and wounding hundreds more.
