Huge farm fire in Oman

 Firefighters were able to control a fire that broke out in agricultural land in the Al Owaida area, officials reported.
 

Agricultural land caught fire near a number of farms in Al Owaida area in the wilayat of Dhank on Tuesday evening. Fire-fighting teams of the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) tackled the blaze,” the authority said in a statement.




PACDA alerts citizens to the importance of disposal agricultural waste in a safe and secure manner, to keep crops and trees safe.
