ROP nabs child molester in Oman

The Royal Oman Police has arrested a person accused of molesting children based on two reports. The person was nabbed from the South Al Sharqiyah governorate.

A source at the Royal Oman Police said: " The police command at South Al Sharqiyah arrested a citizen for harassing minors in the wilayat of Sur."

The source said that the police received two reports from two different people who reported that their sons had been subjected to harassment at different times. "After searching, the accused was arrested and legal proceedings were taken against him," ROP added.
