PIA suspends flight operation to Qatar till March 31

PIA representative Abdullah Hafeez said in a public statement that the national transporter had suspended its flight activity to and from Qatar till March 31. 

PIA has offered discounts and travel waivers, for nothing out of pocket to each one of those customer bases who had saved passes to and from Qatar. Abdullah Hafeez said the national transporter lamented the bother led because of flight deferment. 

Prior, Pakistan had suspended flight activity to and from Iran on Feb 28, two days after the initial two instances of coronavirus were affirmed by specialists. 

As per Pakistan Civil Aviation authorities, upwards of 97 travelers were offloaded from Doha-bound flights at the Karachi and Islamabad air terminals as prudent strides against the coronavirus spread. 

Refering to the subtleties offloaded travelers, the authorities said 48 travelers were prohibited from traveling to Doha, Qatar at the Karachi International air terminal, while 49 others were banned from the Doha-bound trip at Islamabad air terminal. 

 

The specialists said the appointments of the travelers traveling to Doha on the visit visas have been disposed of at all the air terminals of Pakistan
