Russia Claims Control of Vochansky Khutor in Eastern Ukraine

The Russian Defense Ministry announced a new battlefield victory today. Russian forces captured the town of Vochansky Khutor recently.

This small town sits inside the eastern Ukrainian region of Kharkiv.

Military Advances and Claimed Casualties

The ministry released an official statement regarding the ongoing conflict. Russian military commanders claim their troops improved their frontline positions.

They report fierce fighting across several different active battlefronts today. The statement claims Russian forces killed or wounded 1,145 Ukrainian soldiers.

Destroying Military Equipment

Russian troops also destroyed significant amounts of Ukrainian military hardware. The defense ministry listed dozens of destroyed weapons and vehicles.

Attacking forces also successfully eliminated multiple enemy tanks and three boats. Both sides continue to release daily battlefield updates during this conflict.
