Coronavirus: CBSE examinations postponed in Oman

Muscat: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) assessments for class 10 and 12 has been delayed till March 31 taking into account the coronavirus episode. 

As per an announcement gave by CBSE on Wednesday, it said the assessments planned from March 19 to 31 have been deferred for both Class 10 and Class 12 understudies. 

"Every continuous assessment of the board for classes-X and XII, being held in assessment focuses in India and abroad, and booked between 19.03.2020 to 31.3.20 (the two dates comprehensive), will be rescheduled after 31st March, 2020. Rescheduled dates will be imparted by the board to every one of its partners by 31.03.2020 after re-evaluation of the circumstance," Anurag Tripathi, CBSE Secretary said.
