Global Oil Prices Drop After Recent Market Surge
Global oil prices fell noticeably during trading sessions today. This drop follows a massive six percent jump during the previous session.
Tracking Brent and WTI Crude
Brent crude futures for July dropped by 68 cents today. This 0.6 percent decrease puts the price at 113.76 dollars a barrel.
Brent crude previously closed 5.8 percent higher just yesterday. US West Texas Intermediate crude also experienced a sharp decline.
It dropped by 1.59 dollars to hit 104.83 dollars today. This financial movement equals a 1.5 percent market loss.
WTI crude had previously risen by 4.4 percent during earlier trading.
