Many officials and specialists eagerly participated in the daily events.

Aligning with Oman Vision 2040

Organizers aim to empower persons with disabilities through this important forum. They want to highlight national initiatives that integrate this group into daily life.

These ambitious goals perfectly align with the famous Oman Vision 2040.

Manal Nasser Al Rawahi leads Continuing Education and Community Service at UTAS. She says society must redefine the role of persons with disabilities today.

We must treat them as active development partners instead of mere service recipients.

Designing the Forum Through True Partnership

She noted that persons with disabilities actually helped design the forum programs. They actively proposed new ideas to shift the focus toward true empowerment.

The primary message focuses on changing negative societal perceptions. Organizers emphasize that persons with disabilities possess incredible creativity and potential.

They thrive when society provides the appropriate environment without pity.

Inspiring Sessions and Scientific Research

The program featured an inspiring student session to showcase amazing success stories. Researchers also presented specialized scientific studies regarding disabilities.

These presentations reflect massive cognitive and research progress in Oman. Attendees participated in an engaging panel discussion about institutional empowerment.

Experts discussed ongoing efforts and coordination mechanisms with relevant government authorities. The audience also discussed key challenges and formulated helpful recommendations together.

Celebrating Art, Music, and Entrepreneurship

Organizers honored several supporting entities for their exceptional community service. Participants visited a vibrant exhibition featuring interactive programs and empowerment initiatives.

The forum also hosted beautiful fine arts, music, and sign language training. Entrepreneurs with disabilities proudly showcased their incredible capabilities and business creativity.

This forum highlights the importance of integrating government and private sector efforts. Everyone must work together to enhance comprehensive empowerment opportunities.

This strong teamwork supports effective participation in the national development process.
